Comprehensive Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, you must contact us at Support@easeandstyle.com within the 30-day window.


2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In perfect condition

  • In its original packaging

  • With all accessories and tags included

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, cosmetics), unless defective


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at Support@easeandstyle.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if there is a defect)

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide:

    • Return authorization

    • Return address

    • Shipping instructions

Please do not return items without contacting us first.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or damaged, Easy And Style will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Bank processing times may vary.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Received in the wrong size or color due to our error

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
After this period, the order may already be processing or shipped.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue

  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost


9. Late or Missing Refunds
